it depends, if gaara has a lot of imagination, he can sure win it because he can make the sand to shape anything he wants. but judge from his childhood and lack of playing, it think he can't win.

It would be a very... interesting castle, to say the least. Heh, I already posted a Gaara-sandcastle thingie in the Gaara FC. He would most definetely win with his ability to make sand cohere and defy the laws of gravity without water.
