i wish to know who is NL's master that means who can control people activities in NL...i only know a few like the avarta whoo got a peguin, n other... can i know who..? n can i know how the person will be ban....?

But to answer the question of whats the difference between S-Mod and MOD.
There really is no difference!! The only thing is that it's sort of like a chain of command. If a Mod Cant help you, then go to a Smod. If the Smod cant help you go see the Administrators. If the Admins cant help, You might as well kill yourself BC nobody can then....LMAO
BUt a Smod has a Little bit more "so called Power" then a Mod. Thats all.

my english lever is very low because in malaysia before 2003 the malay is more important...now now they only changes into english but i amout of this changes already...
my question is wat kind of people will be ban for u n other people...?
