The round part where the lens is may have a focus, twist it until it focuses properly. That's usually it. If it has an autofocus feature, turn that off and go manual on that bitch.

Webcams are too much of a pain in the arse to take a photo with, I just put my head in the scanner come out a million times more clearer.

It was an accident. I've been sitting here for an hour with a mini-screwdriver kit trying to fix it, but the screws wont come out!

I've already tried pliers. The screws are way deep down into the plastic.
