God-fucking-damn. What is it with those console adaptions? Why are they always fucked up? I remember playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, and there too, the controls where so glitchy because the basic version was for the console and was just adapted on to the PC.

I really wonder why developers are desinging all the games for consoles. I mean, I can see the financial reasons, the console market is growing, but the PC has so much more potential. Further, I don't understand the Hardware conglomerats, why they are keeping prices that high...et cetera...

Well, let's hope that only the demo had console controls and the real game actually supports using mouse and keyboard.

I knew DA2 would become Dragon Age: Casual, just like Mass Effect 2 was to Mass Effect. Still, gonna play the fuck out of it.

Only way I could play it properly on the PC was to just have it constantly on pause while I set up moves slowly, which defeats the purpose of what DA2 set out to do. -.-

They... shouldn't... be? They're not exactly a completely different world to console games, just different controls and in general a few PC gamers can turn out to be snobby about their PC gaming, but that's about it.

Exercise, lots of it. Helps loads with sleep.

Exercise in the morning/afternoon, specifically. Any strenuous activity before bed will keep you awake longer and reduce overall quality. Also avoid caffeine, sugars and consumables high in other stimulants and simple carbohydrates.

Avoid bright lights, electronics or anything overly stimulating. Read a book or do something else calming and relaxing.

During the day, don't sit in your bed to read, surf the web or anything like that. Your brain should associate your bed with (mainly) sleeping.

No booze. It will get you to sleep quicker, but will also mess with your brain's chemistry and you won't recover as you would with regular sleep.

I ignore pretty much all of those rules. I sleep comfortably and deeply due to my own sense of self-importance and satisfaction.

The "no electronic stimulus" thing is bullshit. TV especially is actually proven to have the same kind of effect as reading.

Wut? My eyes hurt like fuck if I stare @ my phone in the dark for some time when I am about to sleep, and it keeps me awake if I keep looking at it. If I read a book, I fall asleep like a hog. Edit: It also depends on how interesting is the thing that you are watching when we are speaking of electronics. If it's boring, then sure, it produces the same effect as a book.
