The latest chapter gave me an idea and I believe it foreshadows some part of what will happen to Naruto in the future.

First of all, I was seriously surprised to see Kushina alive after the Kyuubi had been forcefully extracted by Madara. Thanks to Madara, we now know that every Jinchuuriki from the Uzumaki clan (or at least the strongest of them) can live even after having their Bijuu sucked out of them. What we have seen so far in the Naruto manga is that the host dies once their Tailed beast is extracted. This is a new fact and I would say quite a pleasant surprise. However, it still remains to be seen how long the person survives....which is to say, we might find out in the next chapter(sad it is because we know Kushina and Minato are no more...).

Now coming to Naruto, he is also a Uzumaki who has been shown to have exceptionally strong stamina and strong chakras. His chakra control might have been sloppy in the beginning but it has now improved to a very high degree. Now I think we can safely assume that Naruto is also one of those exceptionally strong Uzumaki ninjas just like how Madara and his brother were compared to the rest of their clan.

I think this is what would happen in the end: Naruto would finally be free from the torment which comes as part of being a Jinchuuriki, especially the Kyuubi's Jinchuuriki. Yes, something would happen which would probably separate the both of them or it would be extracted by Madara eventually to be used for his Eye of the Moon plan. The worst part in this would mean Naruto losing a trump card in his battle against Madara and I hope that this event happens after Madara is defeated and long gone forever.

The best part is: He would experience true happiness. And an even more amazing part is, he would finally be known as Uzumaki Naruto just like he wanted. He would never again be looked upon as a danger, a container quarantined away from everybody else. He would not be the Kyuubi jinchuuriki or "that Kyuubi kid" anymore. And the great Naruto bridge would stand as a witness to this.

hell yeah a true sage and think about all the justu he has mastered.. naruto is truly a badass no matter who your favorite character is we all have to agree on that

He does fine without the Bijuu, but it is his trump card when he gets seriously hurt (Chidori in the lung?)but possibly Uzumaki heal fast too.

Exactly! He deserves to be seen as himself.

I'm not too sure about the healing part. All we have seen till now is that strong Uzumaki Junchuuriki can survive even after their Tailed beast gets extracted. The question is....is that survival permanent?

The Healing part is a fact - Naruto does heal faster than normal Shinobi - there is a difference between Healing and not dying from bijuu-extraction

Naruto heals fast BECAUSE of the Kyuubi, just how when Sasuke absorbed Oro he gained the healing properties of the white snake.

Your point would be correct if the Kyuubi was taken into account. NamikazeNaruto meant the Uzumaki and not the Kyuubi.

But wouldnt that make naruto just a regular c class ninja? also that would put konoha at risk for invasion because of a lack of a jinchuriki. and honestly....whos naruto gonna beat with out the fox inside of him?

again, there is a difference in MEANING and SAYING - As I understood it, NN's opinion was the general healing and not the "Kyuubi-helps-Naruto-heal-faster"-healing part.

What does Naruto have without the Fox? Sage mode. He's equal to a host if he manages to stay Sage permanently in battle. Think about it.. a thousand giant rasengans.. But that's just a dream, lol. But I'm pretty sure Naruto would be able to do it. He managed to master Sage mode's form at the age of 16.

EDIT: Naruto doesn't have any general healing of any sort as of now. Only in Sage mode he has something in the healing department I suppose.

I really really hope that his lifespan isn't shortened. It would be better if Kushina actually survived but lost her life in an attempt to aid Minato to shut down the Kyuubi again. Wonder what Kishimoto has in store for us.
