the sun is a star thus it's emmiting x-rays .. some of those x-rays reach the planet all the time although not very strong doses.. I just explained it in a way that the lenses in the byakugan eye amplify these waves ambient in the atmosphere with chakra and gives them the ability to see the way they do.. sorry if it's not 100% accurate .. I was just trying to come up with a basis as to how it could possibly work

Note what the wikipedia definition of "X-rays" said: "Neutron stars and the accretion disks around black holes emit X-Rays". The Sun is neither of these. It is a standard star. It isn't massive enough to collapse into a black hole, and because it's not massive enough to collapse into a black hole, it will not become a neutron star.

So you understand, a neutron star is the remnant of a star that, at the end of its life, explodes into a supernova. A star has to have at least 9 times the mass of our sun to have the potential to become a neutron star when it "dies".

A black hole is the result of an object that has so little internal pressure that it cannot resist its own gravity, collapsing into a point of finite mass, but infinite density and gravity. This gravity is so great that even light cannot escape it. Sometimes a star going supernova will collapse back into a black hole.

Our Sun is only large enough to go nova, or expand into a "red giant" before collapsing into a "white dwarf". It does not have sufficient mass or energy to collapse into a black hole or a neutron star.

Our sun does not emit x-radiation. The wavelength range of radiation that the sun emits is between 100 and 10^6 nanometers. X-ray wavelengths is between 0.01 and 10 nanometers, far shorter than the shortest wavelength of ultraviolet radiation our sun emits.

I didn't get that definition from wikipedia..and based on the fact that x-rays go thru shit some would eventually reach our planet from somewhere so .. it still stands
