Bloodlines?

Hell yeah. That game looks beast.
Its still Ezio, now a Master Assassin. And how you could lead thieves in AC II, you lead Assassins in Brotherhood.

Yeah he's a bamf and has some badass swords. I just wish salvatore didn't suck at naming things. No one should be named Drizzt and no one should have swords named icingdeath and twinkle.

I love that Ubisoft is giving us a new installment for Assassin's Creed, and advance Ezio's role in the story after the mindfuck at the end of II. But I wish they would focus on Assassin's Creed III to end the main storyline. I'm hoping that III will feature more of Desmond feeling the effects of the Animus "bleed" and you'll do some missions with him.

I'm not so sure about that. This is just the 15th century, you might have a couple more episodes before reaching Desmond's time. But AC3 is going to be awesome. I can already imagine it... wreaking havoc with multiple assassins under your control...

And Assassins Creed III isn't the same as Brotherhood. I think in AC III we are going to be able to play as Desmond Miles, or a more recent Assassin ancestor. Either way, we are getting closer to the guns and knives of modern times and I'm fucking excited.

The Creative Director, Patrice Desiliets, stated that Assassin's Creed has always been planned to be a trilogy. The only things we know about the 3rd game is that 1) it will be a different ancestor (not Ezio or Altair). 2) it will NOT take place during WWII. Desiliets said that as long as he's on the AC team it won't take place during WWII, but in lesser explored time periods. 3) The game won't be released until sometime after 2011.

I've seen fan ideas of making it take place during the Revolutionary War, and the ancestor being female. I thought that was a pretty interesting idea. There's also been fan speculation that it will take place in feudal Japan, or during King Arthur's time. Hell, I've heard ideas that Desmond will be the primary protagonist and he's under the full influence of the bleeding effect while he takes out the modern Templars and tracks the remaining Pieces of Eden.

This is what I think too.

It will most likely be someone of white ancestry so you could pretty much scratch out Japan. (Altair-Ezio) I think Revolutionary War sounds good. I wouldn't like to play as a female to be honest because I feel more of a connection to the main character when its a male.

Whatever they decide to do with it, they have a hell of a team going with this project. The first game was just amazingly done. The cities were scaled properly and it was relatively historically accurate for the plot devices. The second game took the few flaws in the first game (such as not knowing how to swim, but able to dive hundreds of feet and land in piles of straw without a scratch) and got rid of them. I loved the Altair sequences. And if you read the codex pages you collect it shows Altair coming up with the new weapon ideas and altering the way the Assassins work to adapt to the changing times.

I hate Leap of Faith, the game is so realistic and Leaps of Faith kill it for me.
