Im kind of confused as to why people think Konan of all people is somehow going to knock off or take off tobi's mask, I just don't see that happening. The speed aspect just isn't in her favor in my opinion. I think, like other people have mentioned, it's merely going to be a flashback if you will of when Tobi came across Nagato right before he was left crippled to that device and decided to transfer his power to six individuals as opposed to just fighting himself. I think this is when tobi actually maybe fought nagato and possibly left him to do what he did as far as making "six pains".

No, just no. Pain would've destroyed Gai. He would shinra tensei his afternoon tiger and morning peacock. He doesn't even need Chibaku tensei. The turtle summon would've gotten ripped apart by pain's summon.

Guy wouldn't get scratched by Hidan & would have taken his weapon away just like he did to Kisame. After a few cuts against Hiden with his own weapon Guy would figure simply cut off his head like Azuma did. Guy wouldn't even need to release a single gate into order to do so since his Taijutsu kicks arse.

This is false. Guy has ranged attacks by use of morning peacock & afternoon tiger. Both of which would destroy Diedara if they actually connected. Guy can also super jump to close the gap between the two if Diedara happened to fly.

PS: Forgot about Sasori. This would end in a double knockout. Guy can kill Sasori before he even gets a chance to summon the 100 puppet army but would get cut in the process & die from poison.

Gate release to boost his internal chakra would counter such a thing. Constant flow of chakra by gates makes low level genjutsu like finger pointing useless. Note team hawk vs team Raikage.

It really depends on whether "kill" is the qualifier for victory. Because Guy can't really "kill" Hidan (this would require completely destroying his entire body). But Hidan really doesn't have much of a shot of even touching Guy.

Susano'o can be broken. As far as we have reason to believe, the Yata Mirror cannot. Anything Guy would use on that would be turned against him. The Totsuka sword is still an insta-kill, so Guy doesn't have an edge here.

I'd lean toward a double knockout result. Deidara could just open with the C4, and Guy wouldn't be able to do much about it if Deidara kept the explosive cloud in between Guy and himself. Guy would be able to eventually hit Deidara, but probably not without inhaling a lethal quantity of C4 and getting killed.

Kakuzu doesn't really seem to have this "speed" thing down. Since Afternoon Tiger is "said to be" a Oneshot Kill, Guy could just hit Kakuzu with it once, totally incapacitate him (like Rasenshuriken did even though Kakuzu technically lived through it), and then Guy can freely take off the other hearts.

This is less a point against Guy and more a point for Kisame. Giant Shark Missile could fuck anyone using actual Ninjutsu.

No, disruption of chakra nullifies a genjutsu. Raikage was disrupting and constantly firing his synapses. Gai is still using his chakra and is just opening the chakra restrictors in his body. Adding more chakra won't help. An example is Kyuubi: It has WAY more chakra than Gai even in 8 gates but can still be put under control via sharingan genjutsu.

amasteru and susanoo arent even needed here. gai will go down in 2-5 sec against itachi just like all the other S rank ninja he raped, gai is no different
gai would get raped in tai, against itachi sharingan. gai would have to go a couple of gates before itachi looses sight of him. thats if itachi lets the fight go on that long
