I think it's more complicated than just chakra amount. The Yin half is gone. Leaving the Yang half unbalanced. Which is what Yin&Yang is about. Balance. The Kyuubi can't grow back that Yin half like chakra. There's definitely some instability there, despite the rainbow cloak that came out of nowhere.

I can't remember if this was said here, but it would be funny if Yamato and the others became so tight-assed that they believe Naruto and Killer Bee shouldn't fight for fear of being captured. Yamato, Aoba, and Motoi persuades them to hide/leave. In the event, Yamato gets restrained, Aoba and Motoi are mercilessly slaughtered. Meanwhile, Naruto and Killer Bee are rushing to safety only to be interrupted by Kabuto...lol That would be something so Kishi like.

Oonoki then makes a hundred cylinders with cone points. Each one of the cylinders pierce the cone that deidara is sealed in. the panel shows the cone seal being pierced with the cylinders.

Madara takes off the covers and Sasuke raises his eyes spreading terror...his eyes are made by his mangekyou and in the middle itachi's
Sasuke: The world will tremble in fear..and the name of the Uchiha will rise as a nightmare!!

yeah..i know...but tried to develop a little more ahead...i belive that everyone out there sasuke fans or not doesn't matter are eager to see the new sharingan...kishi failed a lot in part 2..remember in the first part when sharingan was shown for the first time...it was a ninja tool...now..it's more like a super sayan tool
