Is Idate faster than Lee?

Lee or Idate?

I have no clue who Idate is, but from what ive seen Lee has the most speed by far

Lee. Idate doesn't give the same sense of speed as Lee does.

Who in the hell, is Idate? Even though I don't know who he is, I'm gonna have to go with lee being faster than Idate, or whoever?

I hope lee is faster...however there are some dissapointing facts.

1. Sasuke has the same speed as Lee. (Gai Sensai said that when Sasuke VS Gaara).
2. Even sasuke can't catch up with idate. So I think Idate is faster afterall.

if idate was running top speed he is faster especially at long distances but rocklee is faster in short distances and he can get from 0 to max in no time at all

idate must be faster. well if lee doesn't open any gates. remem in the chuunin exam gai was impressed that sasuke moved as fast as lee. and wen they wer trying to catch idate he left them in their dust
