The point of his post was "Hey, dumbass, someone already pointed out the stupid unimportant detail that you just posted again." That's pretty much what he was trying to get across. You should of said "Oh, whoops. My bad. Probably didn't really need to try and point that out in the first place, since it was a meaningless detail anyway."
