Gundam Wing Glory of the Defeated.

Jax, you probably seen this on /m/ but the new Wing manga 'Glory of the Defeated' is out, they're upto chapter 4 already. Read it just before, it's pretty good, includes the history of the gundam pilots shown in Episode Zero and what not.

And to those that don't know, but are interested, Gundam Wing is receiving an overhaul in manga form, and they're using the Katoki designs.

Seeing Duo trying to blow up his gundam

Gundams blasting out bases

reminds me the badass of these mechas and why I like Gundam Wing very much.

Looks like they are following the tv series storyline right?

I guess this kind of makes up for Frozen Teardrop.

Yeah following the TV story, but they're incorporating all the mangas that have been written in the Wing universe, with maybe the exception of G-Unit mangas. So when you see the characters as children that's actually taken from the Episode Zero manga, you also see Howard and Dr. J talking just as the Peace Million's construction is completed.

Oh and they gave Zechs a Custom White Leo when he first encounters Heero as opposed to the plain one he had in the show.

Been reading up on Frozen Teardrop I read that this novel opens up a new timeline with "MC" instead of the "AC" calander? Why the change since its still technically in the Wing universe?

Forgot to answer Spiegels question; They changed the era in Frozen Tear Drop because at the end of Endless Waltz they say Mobile suits were never seen again in the AC era or something, so by making it a new era they can bring back mobiles suits without creating a plot hole.
