Re: Games and all things related
Playing skyrim still. I smithed myself some orc armored gauntlet things and got some perk that makes my punching power go by my gauntlet defense or some shit. So now I kill things with my fists.
I was helping some little negro dude who worked in the stables in Riften. Some thief asshole was bullying him and I told her to fuck off, causing her to fuck off. The negro lad thanked me and told me that he wants to open up his own business or some shit. Then a dragon swooped down and killed him with his fire breath. I let out a thunderous dragon shout towards the heavens and once the dragon landed I ran up and punched it in the head till it died. It was fucking awesome. Good fucking game. |

Re: Games and all things related
I've killed many Dragons, it seems as though they just sore above me most of the time, and for good reason. I just obliterate them now (my character's like level 25).
Get far enough into the main story and you learn I tend to pick on the poor Dragons now, so I can learn more shouts. I turn the tables on them for my own greedy obsession; furthering my powers.

I started playing it, but then it wasn't holding my attention as well as Skyrim does.

I can't hear the desperate pleas of other games over the deafening roar of greatness that is Halo: CEA.

Re: Games and all things related
Is skyrim that good? I'll have to pick it up when I'm done with this one.
Is it a lot better than oblivion?

Re: Games and all things related
You should definitely try Skyrim. Compared to Oblivion, you have more freedom of choice about leveling and specializing your character, also the magic system is much improved.
Also the Nordic aesthetics are awesome. |

Re: Games and all things related
Arkham city has me now. Skyrim later, but soon... real soon. Speaking of Skyrim, are the dragons as under powered as I have been hearing? Been told they get curbstomped by everything from horses to kids with knives.
Also back on steam. Or more accurately, confiscated the account back from the ungrateful shit from which was given. Unappreciative assholes seem to be the recurring theme this month. Anyway http://steamcommunity.com/id/Ometa-Khan |

Re: Games and all things related
It'll prolly depend on which difficulty you play. They are slightly underwhelming at first, but as you ascend in level, new species of dragon start appearing. I can still kill them relatively easily, but will give you more of a challenge.

Re: Games and all things related
Well then that's my plan, Skyrim is up next.
I'm about half way through AC so, soon I should know what all the hype is about.

Re: Games and all things related
Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.
"To say, 'nothing is true', is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say, 'everything is permitted', is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic." Dangerously close to the end =( Though I did hear they plan on releasing another AC game next year 2012. It's supposed to be either set, or partially set in Egypt.
