Only problem I had with RE6 trailer is the Gears of War cover system (or what looks like it, anyways). But I can't wait for more BRO-op shenanigans.

Oh God my body was not ready for the RE6 trailer.

I just... oh my. I'm drunk, so, that has something to do with it.

I feel half in awe, because I love RE, and half disturbed because the RE I loved and grew up with is finally, truly, dead.

I've only played RE5, which might explain why my level of excitement for RE6 is so low. Or it could be the fact that the ridiculous Garnier Fructisse-esque shininess of their hair kept distracting me from whatever I was supposed to be seeing.

I just realized that the old way of gameplay in RE...will never be back. That sucks, since it beats this shooter crap the way words can't describe, but still...it's RE goddamn it. I can't say I didn't like 4 or 5 however different they were from the originals, they are just different types of games.

That they're showing it now. Way to overshadow Revelations and Raccoon City before they're even out, Capcom.

I think so, in the sense of if the game has to be that amazing graphically, your character can't have limited control. I think that's what happened with RE.

Nope. It's because gaming has become a bloated industry, and easier games mean more people can play them. For example:

Some games are still catered to provide a challenge though. Apparently Bioshock: Infinite has a "1999" mode, which will provide a challenge similar to the good old days of System Shock and Deus Ex. My body is ready.
