Yeah, I am in on Hawken. Played a little last night.

The amazing first impressions were ruined somewhat when the training level ran on Ultra at 60fps, but the actual arenas forced me to turn all settings to low to achieve a playable framerate. Still trying to optimise settings on that one.

At least it's better than the Mechwarrior Online beta. Holy shit, using CryEngine 3 for a free to play game? Good luck getting people to sign onto that with mid/low range systems.

I'll definitely be keeping with it, for a while at least, but between that, Borderlands 2, Dishonoured, AssCreed 3 and a few other games I'm not sure how much I'll be playing each game with the little time I have at home. Until I can afford a new laptop.

Anyone here into the Civ games on Steam? Been playing a lot of Civ IV because my laptop can handle it easily and it is a game I can play while holding a child who won't go to sleep. Would be interested if anyone wanted to play some online games - it'd be fun to align nations against all the AI. Just wondering.
