I enjoyed Bioshock. Maybe more than I should have, but played the hell out of it.

I prefer Machiavelli to Sun Tzu.

Get Medieval 2: Total War.

Re: Dragon Age 2, Titan Quest and all things related

You could start with Rome. Very good game, the balance is nice, though the graphics are lacking in comparison to the newer games.

Empire sucked in my opinion, too many units and small percentages you have to look at to get a good army etc. Much too complex to have fun with.

Medieval II is pretty awesome, and I am still not sure what game is better, Medieval II or Shogun II. The AI is lacking a bit in both games, but Shogun offers alot of fun multiplayer stuff.

So I'd say, you can start with Rome, Medieval II or Shogun II. All three games are very good and fun to play.

P.S.: Sun Tzu > Machiavelli in my opinion ; )

^ Have you tried any of the mods for Rome or Medieval? I heard there was a Lord of the Rings one. <.<

I honestly can't remember, I had to restart it so I think I just got my fire plasmid thing now.

Yeah, was expecting some kind of cool water fight where you could use the detective mode to see him swimming under and try to dodge attacks.

Yeah I wanted to start off with Rome a bit later on, it's about £5 on Steam and then get Medieval 2 like Tzu said and then move on to Empire or Shogun 2, but probably during the summer after I've completed some more games.

Re: Dragon Age 2, Titan Quest and all things related

I know man, I'm planning on doing as many of the side quests and stuff as I can so I'm expecting a few good days of play. I played for about 3 hours when I first got it, dunno where I'm up too. Hoping that BioWare start releasing controller support for the PC games, DA2 would be a fuckton better playing it with my Xbox controller.

That's how bad DA2 is. That now you want to play the PC version with a controller.

And Bioware used to make Baldur's Gate...

Why not? It was a vast improvement over the first one and follows the story pretty decently. It's own story is actually really cool.

I also can't wait for Bioshock: Infinite. Rapture in the sky >_>
