thats dumb lol, common. thats reality. the childs life is more valueable then the old person.

ok so are you afraid to admit it sor something, you have a choice to save an 8 year old and an 80 year old. you would choose the person thats closest to you to save if there lifes are both equal. how are you going to tell me thats not the case. the fact that you along with everyone else would choose to save the 8 year old shows that the life is more valueable. actions speak louder then words, you want to say all lifes are equal thats fine but i call bs based on the way you would think and act in that situation

I already said I would save the 8 year old, but is the loss of that 8 year old heavier than the loss of that 80 year old? I know I would choose the 8 year old because he hasn't lived life, and I would assume the 80 year old doesn't have too much time anyway. Doesn't make his life worth any less than the 8 yr old. At all.

if there lifes were equal you wouldnt even choose, you have the option of saving one and you would save the closest one to you. the fact that you are even thinking about which to save shows that they are not all equal

Please explain. Give an example and then I can discuss it.

I'm not talking about social status/class, their ability to do more than one can, or their morality. If I can think of an example, what do you call a bigger apple? An apple, right? Size doesn't matter since they both have the same characteristics of an apple and the only difference is size but that doesn't make it a superior, new class of fruit since they are still the same fruit. Did you get it or was I unclear?
First of all, size does matter, no matter what they told you.

And that's not true at all. Bigger apple is better because you will eat more then with the small one. Especially if it tastes better, then it sure as fuck is better.

One human is better then another human because he/she is. Just like one apple is better then the other. Doesn't matter if it's the same kind. Who gives a fuck anyway? You could say that a dog is a dog, and that is a terrible analogy.

Wattafak. So I shouldn't judge a guy on the forum because of this? Because that is how this started.....

Haha, I don't know about that. I'm just referring to their examples.

Their lives wouldn't hold the same worth to ME, but overall they are still equal as humans. I don't think you understand.

I know, but that's retarded for the judging people on forums stuff. Judging people anywhere even. You shouldn't judge because they are human, just like you? An hero, then.

Not sure if its what Mal was thinking, but I immediately thought of Hitler. In Hitler's mind, what he was doing, was for the betterment of the human race(his human race at least).

Road to hell paved with good intentions and all that.

you dont know either, you will never see either again. neither is more important to you. you choose the child because its life is more valueable then the elderly person. i dont understand why you would say all human lives are worth the same but act as if they are not.

Apparently, you DON'T understand. I've already said why I would choose the child numerous times, you just have to read. And I'm not acting as if they aren't the same but saying otherwise, human lives are worth the same. You haven't answered any of my questions. Would the death of that child be any heavier (no, I'm not asking worse) than the death of the old man? No. Either way, a human is still dying. Accomplishments, failures, age, etc. doesn't matter, because a human being is still dying.

i dont even know what your questions mean or have to do with what were talking about. a human being is still dying so neither life could be worth more?
