  1. We're not exactly mean, we're more, how do you say it... meritocratic. You have to prove yourself worthy of respect if you want it. You can't just waltz in here and say dumb shit and play the "respect me!" card, that won't work (it definitely doesn't work for KYF, who uses the victim card in almost every of his arguments, and he's been here for years).
  2. Kael isn't dumb in any way, being the proof of such his membership on OH. And if there's something OH won't allow is stupidity. If you think we're being mean, you should see what KYF and HR faced in the past. You'd feel sad if you didn't know the nutjobs.
