This will be seen as a thread to bash the guy, and seemingly because I'm a Sasuke fan, but on the real let's put that down for a minute, and someone please help me out with some questions that came up in my mind.

When the battle began Omoi, and Shii began their attacks which one would expect, and also they were working out their intel that they obviously had on Sasuke. But also according to those 2, the Charging Elbow that Sasuke evaded, and then also the Liger Bomb attempts were attacks that no one ever evaded or survived before. Now him being the Raikage, I do understand that there was prolly a higher level he coulda went to, and even then he was at bijuu levels according to Karin. But Sasukes Susanno wasn't fully formed, actually at that point was at its weakest ever seen, it got bigger vs the opponents later, then fully formed when fighting Danzou.

Another thing, at the beginning when Raichu was fighting Juugo, I'm confused. When Juugo transferred part of himself to Sasuke during the KB fight, he became small as Naruto in the begining of the story. If I remember correctly he was at the same state, and shorter than Sasuke. And he went CS....in my mind, SO WHAT? Do you all assume that 'Baby Juugo', was AS powerful as the full grown one, because it's hard to wrap my head around that. Putting all of that into perspective...CS (even the 1st one) < Orochimaru obviously because he was in ONE of his jails, and not by choice alone, Oro woulda wrecked him. But Raichu wasn't strong enough to kill him with punch, took Baby Juugo's blast at point blank range (or he ran, dissappeared), then hit Baby Juugo with that same Elbow Smash he attempted vs. Sasuke, and Juugo lived as well. Please nobody attempt to tell me that Raichu was holding back, that'd be a waste of typing that I wouldn't even respond to.

My main theme I guess is that Raichu kinda disappointed me as a Kage in battle. Hokages have spoiled us as fans, because even with his MS Sasuke would have never fared as well vs. any Hokage except maybe Tsunade.

Sasuke managed to either evade, or block most of Raichu's attacks, whereas every other Kage (except Danzou's counterfiet ass) not only connected with their attacks (Mei, cornered Sasuke like she planned, then broke down Susanno with 2 differnt acid attacks), but could've ended Sasuke with their attacks (Oonki, had Sasuke dead to rights, Madara saved him).

Now there's still more to see from Raichu, I agree with that. But for all of the 'Sasuke is a nobody, that only spams the same techs over and over', fans that also claim to think Raichu's this unstoppable force, you're conflicted. It dosen't fit. Yeah Sasuke's a top notched shinobi, nobody needs to tell me that, but sorry Raichu shoulda had an easier time with Sasuke, just off the KB fight alone....shouldn't it be Raichu > KB, because it just dosen't feel that way, or is that just another Kishi accident?

I could be wrong but they say noone has ever survived the Liger bomb. As far as the elbow, I guess because Raichu is so fas,t noone has ever dodged it before thats why it was a shock. I dont recall anyone saying that noone ever survived it before.

Also that punch he gave Jugo, went through this arm (cant remember if it was both of them) and his chest. After that elbow Jugo was out for the fight. He did survive but he definatly wasnt fighting anymore he was stuck in the wall fcked up lol.

I agree with you when you say Sasuke wouldnt have fared as well against any other Hokoge. I think it was the setup. Raichu is mainly a taijutsu type of fighter and so him fighting a Sharingan user didnt work towards his advantage, Given Sasukes abilities and what not.

When he fought Mei, Sasuke was already weakend from the Raichu fight. You can only speculate how the fight would have went if he was at full power.

I just saw the whole Hokoge and danzo fight as a way to show how sasuke has gotten stronger. Remember this happened right after Naruto beat Pain. Sasuke and Naruto are the main characters so its like "wow naruto has gotten really strong. Hes growing and surpassing all of the other shinobi" then it goes over to Sasuke, to show basically the same thing. "damn Sasukes strong too! the only one that can probably stop him is Naruto" Thats kinda how I saw it.

I dont think Raichu should have had a easier time with Sasuke because it would leave things unbalanced IMO. Tsunade was saved by Naruto.So it showed that Naruto has surpassed her. Shes a Hokoge, Narutos a 9 tails jinchuriki, the 9 tails is the strongest bijuu u can have (other than the 10 :/ ) so Jink>kage. Killerbee has the 8 tails, the second strongest bijuu. Killerbee was kept as a weapon too so him being stronger than Raichu makes sense to me. jink>kage. Just because hes a Kage dosent mean he has to be the strongest IMO. Also remember Raichu needed a elite team of ninja to seal the 8tails bijuu to, he couldnt do it alone.

So if Raichu came out and stomped Sasuke, it would be hard to gauge how strong Sasuke is compared to Naruto. Thats just me tho. What you think? (also I dont want to debate, just discuss ya kno)

It's simple Kirabi > Raikage. Kirabi is simply a weapon used to demonstrate the Raikage's power. Just like Gaara > his father back in part 1.

Sasukes Susannoo in its basic form (lets say this would be the one he displayed during Raikages fight) is a powerhouse defense system. Raikage powerbombed him meaning sasuke and Susanoo were on thier backs, Simply put Susanoo's spine or back must be the strongest part its body in terms of your question.

As far as Jugo, that wasn't baby Jugo, we saw that he can regenerate or replenish him self by sucking the lifeforce or chakra or w.e out of anybody so he was back to full power at the kage summit. And Oro> Jugo is prolly only true b/c he's a smarter and more combat experienced ninja than Jugo. I'm assuming that in regards to raw power Jugo has more than Oro, im not saying skill, or ability or ninja prowess just raw power.

Omoi & Shii were commenting 'its over' to both Suigetsu, and each other multiple times, but yeah additionally because Sasukes a co-star. I was just disappointed because all he did was move fast, which showed his speed, and smashed at stuff, without a lot of accuracy, or simply not with the said power to 'end' someone with one blow. The Juugo thing I still can't get, that was kid Juugo, so perhaps at best I can accept that the elbow that hit him wasn't the 'named' one that Raichu attempted vs. Sasuke and he evaded it.
But ultimately for me it was the sheer lack of substance, he actually never one time used his hands to perform any seals of any kind that i can remember, he summoned nothing, and didn't show multiple, or even more powerful skill than Sasuke IMHO, and this when he was raging? Honestly, and being real as a Sasuke fan, he had zero answers for Mei's techs, or Oonki's either at that point. Sasuke took most of the damage upstairs vs. those guys, and he woulda died if it weren't for Madara, and Zetsu. They didn't help downstairs, because I feel that even Madara knew, they weren't needed. Screw what I think, whats that say for Kishi's opinion on Raichu, that his created evil didn't think him a threat enough to rush their to Sasukes aid. On Sasuke's best day he may be better or on par with Oonki, and or Mei hand to hand, but both of their KKG's pwn his, at least up to the point of MS, manga faktz. Raichu didn't have the same advantage or skill, honestly the 2 greatest things he's done period was put a lightening shield around himself, and cut off his own arm. Nobody please don't bring out the Kisame clothesline/beheading, it was a Zetsu clone, and we've already seen him strangle the plant to death.

Yeah, sorry get the Cloud Nins mixed up somtimes, Darui and Shii correct? And for real not trying to bash the dude, but for the hype thats been put on the 'kage' title since the beginning of the manga with Oro & Sarutobi, and mix in the 2 Sannin w/Naruto vs. Oro & Kabuto, Raichu's showing was at best meh. Power, yes, and speed he show'd, but his speed wasn't extraordinarily more than Sasukes for example to give him a sheer advantage. Or likewise with his afinity, nothing 'lightening based' he did damaged, stopped, or even injured Sasuke, that felt uneven, Kishi shoulda had some kind of way for Sasuke to learn a lesson, beyond possibly copying the lightening shield.

Raichu has always been seen as a straight brawler, someone who prefers to get his hands dirty than let ninjutsu do it for him. Sucks that the first fight we see him in, he loses his strong arm and is now basically handicapped if he were to face anyone of Sasuke's level or above. I like raichu, maybe because I'm black and black ninjas are something I thought I'd NEVER see... but then again Idk if it's a good thing. The head black ninja is tall and buff, has dark ass lips so that means he blows trees often, he wants to smash shit half the time, probably has bad bitches lined up to take his BBC.. and his village is constantly stealing ninjutsus to better themselves lol.

I just think Sasuke was better fit to fight Raikage, Sasuke can fight from a good distance away which gives him an advantage, if Naruto fought Raikage he would get owned.
