simple mathematics.... some say MS = Rinnengan..... then wth does EMS do just bash away said Rinnengan. Its a step up, same thing like people saying Sasuke with EMS > Itachi with MS, maybe by experience, but power and abilities are UPGRADED. If Nagato was equal to a level above Kakashi like people are pretending, or he's a simple walk in the park to beat, why was he never ousted as the leader? And lastly, Nagato under Kabuto's control just went through 2 'sync'd' Jink/Bijuu, and own'd them the last 4 or 5 pages of this chapter. Yeah Nagato will be beat by PnJ, that I can accept, but even the Uchiha Hideout had the Rinnengan as a step above the MS Sharingan, maybe Im wrong but thats what I remember.

If you mean in terms of reading the Sage's tablet, then you would be correct. Base sharingan can read a portion of the tablet, Mangekyo can read more, the Rinnegan can read everything.

Ive been saying that EDO MS without the worst drawbacks should be an even match for a RG.

Yes, nagato sucked up Bees form and is starting on narutos, but the chapter before itachi was soloing Bee and naruto as well with merely his base SG. If his MS could work on naruto and Bee then he could probably take both of them at the same time.

Anyways, itachis vs nagato will be epic.....

Huuu?? Itachi couldn't do a thing to Naruto & B. Every hit Itachi tried on Naruto was blocked & dodged while the only thing he could do to B was cast a genjutsu which was canceled by B in like 1 second. Nagato on the other hand chakra drained B which floored him & went on to restrain Naruto & is attempting a soul extraction. Pretty obvious here who had the more impressive showing.

Also Rinnegan is the most powerful eye. Sharingan cast genjutsu through the eye. It's a visual genjutsu therefore Rinnegan should prove to have some resistances to it. Nagato was only caught by genjutsu that was based on sound.

Near the fight with Bee, Itachi, and Nagato are two individuals walking closer to it.
A ninja dressed in cloths similar to Sasuke at the chunin exams but with a face mask like Kakashi. He has a sword on his back. He is wearing a headband with Leaf emblem. His hair is similar to the fourth but red.
There is an individual covered in a hooded rob, impossible to see any details of him or her.
Ninja, “well we are almost there friend.”
Other, “you sure you wanna do this? You know what this means right?”
Ninja, “yeah, I know, but I have to do something. I can’t his anymore, I have to return. I have learned so much, he should know.”
Other, “okay, I am with you, and I will keep my promise as well.”
Ninja, “good.”
Over at the fight Bee is doing everything he can to dodge Nagato’s attacks. A while Itachi…

Suddenly, “Ronin Style: head hunter technique!”
Nagato is suddenly beheaded from nowhere.
The ninja appears in front of Itachi and Bee, pulling Nagato’s head off his sword.

Itachi, “it isn’t over, the body still moves. I see your chakra, you seem to be..”
Naruto comes in with a flash, “ I am here guys, where is Nagato?”

Ninja, “actually I didn’t, the body is still active. I have to talk to you Naruto.”
Itachi, “I will buy you some time, come 8 tails.”

They both go towards Nagato’s body.
Kabuto, “who is that? No matter I control the body I don’t need the head to be intact.”
Ninja, “I have something important to tell you Naruto, this will blow your mind, but. You know who I am.”
Naruto, “what we meet before? I don’t remember anyone that looks like you?”
Ninja, “funny, let me show you.”
He slowly removes the mask and head band to reveal.
Naruto in shock pointing, “but how, how can this be? You can’t be here!”
The other comes over to them from hiding, “ I have some doing in that, but this isn’t the place to go into a great detailed story.”
Ninja, “your right, let’s finish this fight first, okay?”
He puts his mask and head band back.

Now besides genjutsu which isn't spoken about with regard to ability, or defense, and Susanno which could possibly deflect Nagato's attacks, from that information MS Sharingan's not even in Rinnengans neighborhood. Maybe its because in one single indvidual vs. 6, you guys say things are different, but by sheer definition of what the eyes actually does, theres no comparison.

Nagato however can use his RG and just happen to attack Bee in chakra mode as well as naruto which allows him to drain theyre chakra.
Ur ignoring the fact Shinre Tensai, one of nagato best jutsu, didnt do squat but knock them off balance and then got countered just to drain some chakra from bee. If thats Impressive then kisame with samehada must be equally as powerful as nagato with RG which clearly isn't the case.

I recognized some of the RG info from the last Fanbook, but the part about using 6 nature elements shows how screwed up Naruwiki still is, as usual.

Xiaodra, “well if you know that then you know that from this day forth you have a deal with..”
He removes the hood to reveal a humanoid Lion.
“the Legendary Cats of the Earth. I am Shaman Xiaodra, keeper of the contract and eternal friend of Ron…Naruto Uzumaki.”
Kabuto, “this is getting weird, I have to stop Naruto!”
Suddenly Nagato head lying on the ground, Earth style: Flying boulder slam!”
Two giant boulders are head towards them at great speed.

Naruto takes the items, he removes his leaf headband putting it on his right arm then places the Uzumaki Headband on his forehead. Xiao also hands him a sack.
Bee looking back while fighting, “what the hell is happenin, this is no time for fashion!”
Xiaodra poofs away as if reverse summoned.
Itachi and Bee are fighting Nagato.
They are not getting the upper hand.
Itachi, going MS, “I have to do my ultimate defense, it is the only way.”
Nagato head still lying on the ground, “earth style: jungle ropes”
Slender vine like plants emerge form the ground grabbing Itachi’s arms and covering his eyes by wrapping around his head.
Bee is trying to cut them away, {Damn my chakra is so low, even my sword can’t help my flow.}
Suddenly everything stops.
Kabuto, “what now? Why can’t I see…anything?”
Naruto voice, “hey guys, look.”
He has Nagato’s head but he has wrapped cloth around it, it has a seal inscribed on it as well.
Naruto is dressed in a combination of his and Ronin’s outfit. He has the word on his side, the Uzumaki head band on his Right arm and Leaf on his Left. He has very little Orange now only traces lining the seams. On his back is a small Uzumaki symbol in dark orange in between is shoulders. The face mask is pulled down under his chin.
Bee watches as Naruto walks over then he knocks him on top of the head.
Naruto, “Ouch, Uncle Bee, what was that for?!”
Bee, “You’re a fool yellow haired nephew, you took your time and changed cloths too?!”
Naruto, “Sorry, I thought u guys were giving me time, that’s what you said!”
Bee, “you’re a fool for sho, crazy eye said those words yo. Full of more shit than a toilet bowl, time to regroup not change your wardrobe!”
Naruto, looking at himself, “well sorry, but I look pretty cool don’t I?”

Itachi looks up.
A voice, “still the same loser you always been, cloths don’t change that.”
Naruto looks up at a tree where Itachi is also looking, “Sasuke?!”
Kabuto, “now it gets interesting.”
The head jerks out of Naruto’s hand as a coffin rises and sucks the body inside as well.

Sasuke, “don’t give me any of those long speeches Naruto, this is my path, respect it or not. Doesn’t matter to me.”
Itachi, “Sasuke, how could you do it?”
Sasuke, “I guess your supposed to be Itachi? Am I supposed to start crying now? This is by far the dumbest trick you have ever tried to pull Naruto.”
He goes MS which looks like him and Itachi combined, “what? How? Impossible!”
Itachi, “Edo Tensei, Kabuto brought me back.”
Sasuke, “Kabuto, you will pay for this. Brother he will pay”
He looks at Naruto, “but first, YOU DIE!”

Honestly the Totsuka Sword Itachi has I believe could seal Nagato, but some are going jump for joy crazy because Itachi now has limitless chakra, and no drawbacks to MS, but I remember Nagato basically wearing down chakra wise using techs that could've destroyed not only Konoha, but Suna, the Mist, and prolly others as well... JUST IN THAT FIGHT. His Chibaki Tensei basically wore him out IMHO, but this Dude, THIS DUDE still had the chakra limits left to bring back all the life he took. This Dude is an Edo too, yeah the Puppet Master sucks but they're both operating by the same rules.

Itachi, said I loved the Dude, he got up to #2 on my list, I fucks with this Dude, but I'm no fool. Itachi's Amaretsu got blown the freak away like dust, thats all he has to 'kill' Nagato. Tsukiyomi dosen't kill, it subdues, and sorry the way he went through those Jinks like a hot knife through butter, ain't nobody but MAYBE Rainbow God Jr. gonna get close to Nagato. Susanno, a great asset, Sword I believe can seal, and Mirror will DEFINATELY be needed IMHO. Please don't ask me to believe that Nagato's gonna die to a kunai, or shuriken which is all that Itachi could possibly have left to fight with. All the Grand Fireballs, and every variation of them....put them down, don't even bring them out, wrong Dude.

Ibiki stating the user of the Rinnegan is able to use any technique he wants. Genjutsu is a type of ninja technique ("jutsu" meaning "technique").

Amekagure ninja with genjutsus placed on him to create mental barriers and traps for anyone, such as the Yamanaka clan, searching through their minds.

It says a Genjutsu BLOCK has been put on the shinobis mind. A genjutsu block could be a seal, ninjutsu, ect. And it says Pain PROBABLY put it there when it couldve been konan.

Isn't Izanagi a genjutsu, essentially? A Rinnegan user is obviously capable of it... Since well, a Rinnegan user (Six Realms sage) incorporated it into a technique to split the tailed beasts from the 10 tails.
