Izanagi is the application of genjutsu to create a form, and ninjutsu to breathe life into. The mind reading genjutsu doesnt have the Applications the SG genjutsu has though.

Unless the real ability of hell realms death god is confirmed as a form of IZANAGI, then no a RG probably cant use it.

Izanagi on its own, is an illusion... Without adding form (yang) into it, it serves as a genius distraction (see Danzou and Madara). Considering that Konan leads us on that Madara must have obtained a similar power to that of the six paths (Rinnegan's powers in other words), it's pretty damn likely that the Rinnegan can cast Izanagi if it's a technique based off powers of the six paths (in other words Rinnegan like powers). More hints in the fact that Madara considers himself the 2nd six paths and stated that Nagato was the 3rd of six paths. Six paths are again, powers of the Rinnegan. Only similar like powers can cast Izanagi. Further proving that Rinnegan is capable of genjutsu (considering, Izanagi is a genjutsu).

Genjutsu can only be used by ninja with very precise chakra control. I believe kakashi stated this in the early days of shippudden during his brawl against sakura and naruto.

Meaning, maybe nagato doesnt have precise chakra control to use genjutsu.

Flaw! When has nagato even shown the ability to create an Illusion?

And tobi claimed Izanagi is the product of Uchiha and senju power (Yin/Yang). Nagato is an Uzumaki with a Yang nature doujutsu Opposed to the SG's Yin.

I think its more likely that Nagato can perform a Izanagi like jutsu, but not with his RG/eyes, but physically through ninjutsu.

RG and SG are two separate doujutsu meaning madara had to of been lying about the evolution from the RG.

It was an impressive looking AoE attack, but no one died. Yamato should've had the damage itself fixed by the time he got captured and there's no trick in the Rinnegan's playbook that's been able to remove Kabuto's control over him. The Sharingan was able to counter it.

Being an unkillable, regenerating zombie that looks 100% the same before he died > Being unkillable, regenerating zombie that came back to life with less the entirety of his power (was revived with white hair) who is the slave bitch of someone weaker than him.

There is no manga feat you can cite that outweighs not being someone else's slave bitch. Having your freedom overrules everything.

The Stranger pulls out two cross bows attached to both hands with many darts wrapped around his wrist.

Stranger, “make time.”

Suddenly there are 9 more of the stranger surrounding Naruto.

Nagato releases Bee and jumps back, “prepare yourselves..mutli element style: deadly storm!”

Suddenly clouds form lightning strikes and hail begins to fall.

The hail is falling rapidly and it is huge, Itachi is being beaten up by it but his body is repairing itself.

Bee is taking much damage.

Kabuto in his Hideout, “uh oh, I don’t wanna kill him, I gotta catch him.”

The jutsu is stopped, bee is leaning on Samehada then falls down completely.

Itachi, “that is quit enough Nagato, I have to end you.”

Nagato, “you have to seal me, you know that or kill Kabuto.”

Itachi, “I can seal you with the Totsuka(??), as I did Orochimaru.”

They both look to see.

I think I've said this several times before. It wasn't said in the manga that the Rinnegan can read everything, but that it can read "even more" or "the most" or something like that. By that you can't conclude that it can read everything. It might be unable to read parts that a (mangekyo) sharingan can read.
