Do You Work Out?

As the titles says...do you work out? I gotta admit, I've been bench-pressing and lifting weights lately. I'm still bench-pressing low but I'm working my way up there.

mon/ weds/ friday i run 2 miles, do curls and bench, and pushups, usually about 50
tues/ thurs i ride 7 miles on my recumbent bike, hit the bag for about 30 minutes and stretches (i took a yoga class). Then i usually do about 200 situps.

Hmm...whenever I do bench presses, I don't feel my chest burning at all, but my abs. Is this normal, or am I doing it wrong?

yeah,its fun,but I do light wait (about 10-30) but do alot of reps (about 60) heheh *is showing off badly*

Other than Karate once or twice a week and some biking during the summer, I don't work out at all, and yet I manage to remain in shape (and no, that shape is not "round"). I don't know how much I can bench, but I'm more of a muscular endurance type of person than a muscular strength one.

I think I have strong legs or something, I believe I leg press 50 lbs 60 times. I go more for endurance but lately I have a lot of homework so my free time is decreasing. Plus we bought a house..

50lbs. is pretty light for legs, so doing it 60 would just improve your endurance. We've got some big old something-in-one gym thing at my (poor) school, and last year my friends and I tried leg pressing about 500 lbs. on it, even doing that just a few times would improve your muscular strength.

My legs suck. I hardly do any exercises to improve them except running. Anyways, someone please answer my question. When you bench-press, are you supposed to be feeling your chest burn? 'Cause I don't feel anything, except my abs. Maybe I'm doing it wrong or it's too light?

Right now I'm using leg weights so i can increase my verticle. I'm also on The Air alert program. If you don't know what that is go look for it on google. Really helps

I really can't help you out Impulse, I don't bench press at all. Not that I really do any other workouts either... I have no idea how my legs got as strong as they are with how little I work out.

yeah, it was endurance training. 0_o I wouldn't do it that much if I was maxing out.
