i have a request, if someone helps me out with this one i'll be eternally grateful, and i'll make you some cookies

i want a banner, not too big or small
picture, captain aizen from Bleach (i dont have a good one, but if you can find one of him with his sword, or a good one of him owning someone...that would be cool)
text, total hypnosis
color, whatever you feel is best
