Rockman -WIP-

Work In Progress ロックマン Rokkuman aka Megaman in english. i always prefer to call the 80's megaman, Rockman, and the new one Megaman lol. This is just a WIP of what i did today, but im still contemplating as to whether i should finish it or not...so tell me, should i? O.o I sketched the outline with a 1-3px brush btw lol.
