A Jericho "fan"diction

this is NOT my ACTUAL prediction continuation, just having fun, I will post the real "Day of Future Past" later.

“Days of Future Past”

Naruto, is fighting Zetsu along side Bee, they are not Having any problems, until.

Kraka thoom!!!

Several huge summoned beasts shakes the ground and crushes many Zetsu.
They are the similar to the ones Pein summoned through battle.

Naruto, “Madara.” {well he finally showed his face.}

Madara, “I will be taking those Tailed beasts off your hands, of course you two will die in the process. Unfortunate, for you.”

Naruto, “I will stop you, and end this war! Then I will face Sasuke and do what I have to, to bring him in!”

Bee, “looking off in the distance, “I know him, breezed through his crew like the wind!”

Naruto glances to the side, “Sasuke?!” { I can’t take both of them on, to big a risk of Madara getting me and Bee!}

A close up of Sasuke, “ {loser, my power is too much to even be concerned with him now.}

He starts to walk away, to another direction.

Madara, “even Sasuke doesn’t acknowledge you as a suitable opponent anymore, the power of his eternal Mangekyo Sharinghan is way behind anything you could possibly achieve!”

Naruto, “you will pay!”

He goes RS appearing right at Madara.

Madara is standing upon one of the creatures with the 6 paths standing on the others.

He grabs Naruto by the throat right after he passes thru him. A portal swirls open in Madara’s mask.

Naruto , {dammit, I lost focus. I can’t fight the pull of the vortex!}

“shadow clone jutsu!”

Madara, “what?”
Naruto, {Shadow clone jutsu, that sounded like…}

A figure is standing beside Bee, he has a mask like Kakashi’s on, with shades similar to Bee, and dressed in a jumpsuit similar to Narutos but the colors are Black with Orange trim, he ahs a big scroll on his back and his hands placed in the jutsu position.

{…me?}

Bee, “what the fuck, who is this nut?”

A hand grabs Naruto and pulls him out of the vortex, it is the same stranger.

Naruto, “what the…?”

Stranger, “no time,(he turns his head to the clone) take care of this situation!”

Stranger beside Bee, “gotcha! Let’s go Bee!” he makes the one sign with his left hand the other he places on Bee. “Go!”

Bee disappears.

Madara, “what!?”

Naruto, “Beee!!!”

Suddenly he is in another place.

He looks around and grabs the stranger by his collar, take me back, where is Bee?!”

The stranger takes his shades off and lowers his mask, it is Naruto but with a slight goatee.

Naruto, “me? But how, and why am I old?”

Naruto, older, “what?! I am not old, I am the same age as Kakashi Sama when he was our sensei?!”

Naruto, “sama? What is this? A Genjutsu of Sasuke or Madara?!”

Naruto, older, “no this is the future, your future.”

He steps to the side and we see the battle field dark and covered with old weapons cloths and other leftovers from war.

A voice from afar, “sensei, sensei!”
Older, “quickly.” he puts his hand on Naruto’s face.
“sage art; chameleon jutsu”

Naruto’s face changes to a new unfamiliar person.

Naruto, “huh? What was that?”

Older, “quiet, no one must know you are here.”

“sensei, I found you. We need you in the east, Division needs your help now!”

Naruto, “Konohamaru?!”

Konohamaru, “yes? Do I know you? Funny you dress like sensei you used to.”

Older, “he is a old friend I found on the field, I will meet you in the east.”

Konohamaru runs off, “okay.”

Naruto, “aren’t we gonna follow him?”

Older, “you have a long way to go Naruto” He uses his left hand to form the two finger sign and places his right on Naruto’s shoulder. “plus one, go!”

Back in the Present.

Summoning creatures and the Paths are attacking older Naruto clone. He is dodging and evading each attack.

Madara, {who is this person, he has immense chakra but isn’t even trying to fight as if he is holding back. But why?}

O.N. (Older Naruto), {gotta be careful not to do too much, but wait no one knows it’s me. Besides I ended up beating these guys in the first place anyway. Although I did have help, a lot of help. I think that help may be here in a few moments so I just need to , oops..}

Madara appears right behind him as he forms.

Naruto, “no you don’t’(he forms the sign with his right hand this time and his left hand start glowing. “Ghost hand!” he strikes Madara with an uppercut that sends him flying back phasing thru a tree until he stops and lands on the ground.

Madara, “no, no that is impossible. He hit me with I was intangible! That jutsu I saw no change in his chakra and no hand signs just the basic beginning sign, but noone can perform jutsu that way! No one!}
Naruto, {here they come.}

“heee yaaa!”

Sakura crashes down on a summon creature knocking it out, then picking it up and slamming it and the path into the ground.

Choji comes in with his dad both slamming and tossing creatures around .

Naruto, {yep right on time, now the other two, wait the other two ,no this is where…}

Future.

“died?! They Died?! How? When?”

O.N., “I can’t tell you that, it would mess up things.”

They are in a battle back to back against Opponents that are not revealed yet because of the angle.

Naruto, “you mean you don’t want to save our friends?! What have I turned into?!”

O.N., {he doesn’t get it, when they died is what started his, my, training to make me what I am now. If I tell him then any hope is gone. Wait, unless…} “hey kid, you make me a deal, and I will tell you what you want. I will even have my clone save them.”

Naruto, striking an enemy, “rasengan!”

We see that it is an Edo of Kiba.

He turns his head slightly. “save them, you can do that from here? What deal?”

O.N., “Promise me that no matter what you see here and what you find out, whether you change it or not when you go back. Promise me, you will…”

Present.

O.N., clone, {got it, I like that kinda news.}

Kiba comes in, “double twisting fang!”

Shino and Lee, with Hinata also come in fighting.

Suddenly.

“Jutsu Link! Gravity jutsu, send!”

The Old Naruto slammed his hand on the ground and everyone of his friends feet started glowing with orange chakra. Seconds after.

“Shinrei Tensei!”

Madara, “what he knew I was going to, but how? Then he knows I was gonna take the soul of those closed to that Path.} He is looking at Kiba, Shino and Hinata. {I need to retreat.}

He swirls into his vortex and leaves the paths.

Old Naruto jumps in front of everyone, {I got a little freedom I can take them out but I can’t use any rasengan or shadow clones, they might catch on. Gotta do something they never seen Naruto do.} “Force reverse summoning technique: return, release and seal !”

Suddenly all the Edo bodies are sucked into their coffins and huge locks and chains appear around them after wards. The chakra of the Edos dissipates into nothingness.

Kiba, “whoa, who are you and what was that?”

O.N., clone, “I reverse summoned the host bodies separated the souls and sealed the coffins so that they can’t be used again for them. Who am I, I am..”

Future.

“Minato Uzumaki?!”

Naruto, “uh, yeah, why. Something wrong with that name?”

O.N., “whatever, how about we don’t tell anyone any name at all?”

They dash off, while they are traveling.

Naruto, “this is another War? Who is the start of all this? Where did you send Bee anyway?”

O.N., “this is the same war Naruto, I sent Bee back to the cave. Because the first time, he got captured along with you that day. He didn’t survive the extraction, We did.”

He stops and lifts his shirt revealing no seal on his stomach.

Naruto, “Bee died because of me?”

He looks down, “is that why I have to..”

O.N., “yes, the results of your actions that day is why you have to go back do it differently!”

Naruto, “but, what about…?”

O.N., “it is best, you must go into exile as soon as you go back, exactly they way I told you. I waited til it was too late. I couldn’t change the out come, but YOU can!”

He hands him a small sheet of paper with writing on it.

“these is where you will find it and this is what you do when you learn it. Trust me, if I knew this before hand a lot of people would have been saved. BUT remember no matter what you can’t do it alone, you may become stronger than your friends but you are still nothing without them!”

Naruto nods his head.

Older Naruto places his right hand on his shoulder, “I know you will keep your promise, time/space jutsu: return to origin!”

Past.

O.N., clone, {finally, well..} {..see guys around, oh and Lee, there is a 9th gate.”

He disappears.

Lee, “{9th Gate?”

In the Cave.

Bee is sitting on one of the pillars from before that were knocked over.

Naruto appears, “Uncle Bee!”

Moments later…

We see Naruto and Bee dashing along.

Bee, “I’m stuck as your teacher and protector so wherever you go I’m witcha!”

Naruto, “Off to the Secret Whirl Pool village!”

What did the future open Naruto’s Eyes to and where is the Secret Whirl Pool village?!

Naruto 557: The Oncoming Storm

Scene Shows Kabuto overlooking his board, he has a satisfied looking grin on his face

Kabuto: Well that should keep them all occupied for a while. If not for Naruto and some of the others Mizukage could have comfortably taken out most of them out, but this distraction should give me enough time to

He looks to the side as a movement attracts his attention, Anko has awoken and is shuffling in discomfort.

Anko: why…why am I still alive?
Kabuto: Kukuku I haven’t finished with you yet dear Anko, I have one last favour to ask of you
Anko: What the hell do you want?! What are you planning?!!
Kabuto: kukuku I guess if there’s someone that deserves to know its you…I’ll consider it as your last request.


Scene Switch To Gaara

Gaara: Infinite explosions Technique? What is it Tsuchikage?!
Tsuchikage: Its something that many lives were lost in learning. It’s an extremely dangerous move that can quite easily take the users life even if miscalculated slightly, though in the current circumstances that seems quite irrelevant.
Gaara:?!!
Tsuchikage: Even though it is not a genjutsu it essentially has the same function, the Mizukage projects his chakra far out and wide as if like a large cloak over the desired area, in this case this battlefield. Once spread out like this no sensor can specifically locate him as he seems to be all over the place and if he hides his physical body he is essentially undetectable.
Gaara: how does that make it a dangerous technique?
Tsuchkage: Your not thinking Kazekage. The chakra is completely and evenly spread out so as not to be detectable on top of which it is not let loose it is held and controlled by the user! Can you manually control and mould yours even a few feet away?
Garra:!!!
If that chakra is lost or stretched too thin then quite obviously the user will die but on top of that…
Gaara:…
Tsuchikage: on top of that the cloak is essentially a minefield, the mizukage can focus on any point within it to cause his chakra in that area to blow or if he wishes to cause for the whole battlefield to destroy. Being able to understand how much chakra you have left spread outside of your body and how much you can use and still stay alive is what makes this a dangerous technique.
Gaara: But in his current condition he could blow up the whole battlefield and regenerate! Just how much chakra does he have to explode?!
Tsuchikage: …He wasn’t the Mizukage for no reason!


Scene switch to Naruto:

Naruto is standing next to rubber guy and temari, he is looking over into the direction of gaara and Tsuchikage.

Naruto: wooow what the hell is that?!
Temari: what is it Naruto?!
Naruto: Down where Gaara is something weird just happened
Temari:??!!
Naruto: There’s a really strong chakra easily as large as Raikage’s if not larger but…
Rubber Guy: but what Uzumaki Naruto?
Naruto: Well it’s the chakra of one person that much I’m sure of but it’s spread out like all over the battlefield, as if the person was stretched out all across it.
Temari:??!
Rubber Guy:???
Naruto: I’m gonna head over there and see what’s happening.

Naruto takes one step and suddenly falls forward to the ground unconscious
Temari: Naruto!!!!


Scene Switch to Gaara

Gaara: I don’t think we have any moves left Tsuchikage, i might have enough chakra to protect us from the first blast…maybe, but even then we won’t survive the second after he regenerates.
Tsuchikage: I never held on to any dreams of surviving this war anyways, such is not the luxury of us kages, but to not be able to protect you young brats is something I’ll regret even in the afterlife.
Gaara: hah it’s an honour to die by your side as well Tsuchikage
Tsuchikage: Hmph aye
Mizukage: Bye bye birdies.

The battlefield explodes in a blinding light a massive storm of energy comes racing towards Gaara and the Tsuchikage engulfing them.

???: Whoa Whoa did you really like that that much?!
Gaara opens his eyes thinking: what??! I’m still alive? He looks ahead to see someone standing in front of him blocking out the light.
Killer Bee: That was close you all, one more sec and you’d have all fall!

Killer Bee stands before Gaara and Tsuchikage, he is holding out Samehada out in front of him which is now so big its covering the the three of them in shade from the sun.
Killer Bee: Now that we’ve come, lets have some fun. I’m the Ultimate playa you all wanna see, my sword is Samehada my name is Killer Bee!

Scene Switch to Kabuto

Anko is now being held up by Kabutos snake tail.

Kabuto: You see when Orochimaru sama lost his arms fighting the third hokage he essentially lost a part of his soul. Irrespective of which body he went into even if it ended up being Uchiha Sasuke he would never be as strong as he originally was and there also seemed to be no cure for the extreme pain he was always in due to the tearing of his soul. The most I could do to help him was numb the pain with extremely strong medication.
Anko:...
Kabuto: Orcohimaru sama had only two goals over the following three years. To train Uchiha Sasuke to become the perfect container and to somehow retrieve that part of his soul that he had lost.
Anko: That is aargh…impossible! Even though I only know a little of the technique it is impossible for anything to return.
Kabuto: kukukuku such words were always beneath Orochimaru sama and now myself. It took years of spies slowly infiltrating and getting pieces of information out but Orochimaru finally managed to work out what the technique was and how to use it from the information he received and what he had experienced himself.

Kabuto Puts his hands together and forms some seals, a coffin rises out of the ground a few feet away

Kabuto: Though he never got a chance to use it before his encounter with Uchiha Sasuke he did come up with a technique to retrieve his soul, though he chose not to even tell me of it…
Anko:!!! How?!!
Kabuto: Sacrifice is the key, Orochimaru sama managed to combine the demon sealing technique and the edo tensei technique, all that is required is for another living soul to be sacrificed to the shinigami ifor the one being released.
Anko: so…you plan on bringing back Orochimaru again.
Kabuto: kukuku no dear Anko, that piece of Orochimaru sama is better left where it is Kukuku, my eyes are on another target contained there.

Kabuto puts his hands together and forms new seals* Edo Tensei Demon Sacrifice*. The Shinigami Demon appears behind Anko and stretches out his hand.
Anko: If you’re not bringing him back then who else?!
Kabuto: The one ninja that will be my trump card in this war, the only ninja who has never been defeated in battle…until he chose to gave up his life that is.

The shinigami pulls out the sould of Anko and at the same time a chakra hand appears out of the coffin and goes through Anko into the shinagami. As the shinigami cuts off Ankos soul and devours it a soul is pulled out of the shinigami and into the coffin.

As Anko dies the coffin lid pops open and falls to the floor,

Kabuto: kukukuku, welcome…Yondaime hokage, Namikaze Minato!!!

the way you went around the rules or figured a way to beat them was very acceptable, I would go for this! Makes sense that it would work, just how do you make sure the Demon takes another's soul and not your own?
which also makes me ask can an Edo perform that summoning?

The way I saw it from the way the third and the fourth hokage used it is you do have some control over the demon,
And obviously we can 'assume' lol that orichimaru figured a way out to use a substitute to give up their soul rather than his own.

NOTE: i originally planned on having kabuto use a mimic type technique, so he makes anko form the seals and actually summon the demon but didn't like how it read though it might have worked better.

Don't know if an edo could perform that summon, don't see why not lol

see a good prediction would go along the lines of gaara and the mizukage fight finishing and finally showing sasuke probably making an appearance to sai and kankorou since they are closest to him and finally ending with someone like sai dying since he is now useless to the manga
