I've read every book EXCEPT Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I think the reason why Dumbledore died in the 6th book was for Harry to understand he can't rely on someone for protection. I don't care what anyone says about how "Snape is on the good side." That's bulls--t. Snape made a deal with the bad guys. Draco is just pathetic. He couldn't kill Dumbledore even though his life was in Malfoy's hands.

i saw n read all Harry Potter n i so love it....
JK Rowlings is an excellent author n Daniel Radcliffe(Harry), Rupert Gint(Ron), Emma Watson(Hermione), Tom Felton(Draco) are all excellent actors n actress.
n Christopher Columbus is an excellent director.... *bows to them all*

I agree with the book being superior to the films, but if you forget the books the movies are great also, especially the last one XD

And Snape killing Dumbledore was just =O! Totally unexpected in my opinion, I had a theory that Dumbledore was going to die anyway, 'cos Harry has to fight this alone, so no Sirius or Dumbledore to rush to his aid. Sure he has the Order but they either arent Powerfull enough or have that much of a connection with Harry.
