What kind of screwedup URL is that!? You can't use web pages as pictures. Get the URL of the image itsefl, not the Google Image Search page it's on. You're looking for this one?

You just need to find the image, and right click on it. I assume you're using Internet Explorer so after that click on "Properties" in the menu, and copy the "Image Location". Then come back to where you want to post it, click the little "Image" button and paste the URL into the prompt window that comes up.
However, if the image is too big, jsut copy the link directly into your post so it doesn't stretch the sides (kind of like what your code did).
