Can Kakashi pass on Uchiha blood and/or DNA, making a new clan?

Think about it:
When Rin put Obito's eye into Kakashi's cut-up eye socket, blood and/or DNA must've been put into Kakashi's blood. Do you think there is any possibility at all that if Kakashi were to have a son/daughter, that it could obtain the Sharingan?
Would that mean that there could be another clan? And what if it makes a change or difference with the bloodline limit?
Since the Hyuuga and Uchiha are relatives, Sharingan came from Byakugan (or is it the other way around?) Why not another eye bloodline limit come from Sharingan, since it's already been proved that other bloodline limits can branch from another.

If you remember Kakashi's eye in the earlier chapter with the fight with Deidara; his power that he used, that sucked up space or whatever. We've never seen Itachi or Sasuke or any other Uchiha use it before... Maybe it's something only Kakashi can do. Although, maybe Itachi can do it too, since he's never shown his true potential and power.

If this new bloodline limit is new, then perhaps that power that Kakashi used is something special only he can do, like how Hyuuga can use the Kaiten or Rokujyuuyonshou; or how Uchiha can use Mangekyou or Amateratsu(sp?). Maybe that attack that Kakashi performed on that earlier chapter is special to his Sharingan, which is a slightly different to the Uchiha Sharingan.

This is Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan:

This is Kakashi's eye... (we'll call it the mangekyou implosion jutsu):

Perhaps Kakashi got this eye from Obito. Is Obito capable or being someone like this? Perhaps Obito was someone far more powerful that thought to be. Perhaps instead of Sasuke or Itachi, HE could've been the true heir to the Uchiha family. If you remember in Kakashi Gaiden, when he first activated his Sharingan, it had two tomes in both eyes. When Sasuke, a genius ninja, #1 rookie, activated it, he only had one tome in one eye, the two tomes in the other; and got two tomes in both eyes at episode 33, when he was awakened with Orochimaru's power. Plus, Obito was younger than Sasuke.

So to conclude, maybe Kakashi has made his own 'bloodline', just slightly different from the Uchiha's Sharingan, and that he can start a clan of his own, by passing on the Uchiha blood within him, as well as the new bloodline limit.

i don't think so. it's just like an organ transplant. since the sharingan was implanted only on kakashi, there's no way he can pass it on his children. there will be no alteration of gene when there is an organ transplant. bloodline-limit abilities, from what i think, should be in-born. so you must be born with that ability already, waiting to be awakened when you are mature enough. and if it's in-born in you, you can pass it on your future generations.

my belief on why obito has more tomes when he first awakened his sharingan than sasuke's first is because obito is already older than sasuke when he awakened it. perhaps at that age it must have been awakened already, but it's not. when it was awakened, it's already in it's supposed-to-be state. then after that, factors like the personal abilities of the person and his experiences can now accelerate the appearance of additional tomes.

or maybe you dont just get cool moves when you obtain the eye... maybe after you get the eye then you can develop uber techniques...

its still a mystery how Kakashi got the MS... and it seems that this 'Sepcial condition' that was stated was not so...

as for passing it along... i doubt it... i think that if he had the blood/DNA then he'd be able 2 use the sharingan better and not collapse or be in uber messed up pain after using it...

By my research, Obito died the same age as Sasuke when he got his Sharingan.

Kakashi collapsed from using the Mangekyou. If you remember, Kisame once told Itachi when fighting Kakashi, Kurenai, and Asuma; "we better go. if you use your sharingan too much, it can be dangerous to you." or something like that. (reference, ch 142) I'm sure that if Itachi were to use Mangekyou alot, he would collapse as well. Kakashi isn't as strong as Itachi, but he's still able to use his own Mangekyou, which proves to be a strong attack, since Itachi said only 3 users can use the Uchiha Mangekyou.
Actually, I researched, and Obito was the same age as Sasuke when he died.

where did you get that info? well, i believe obito is already a chuunin when he first activated the sharingan, while sasuke just graduated from the academy when he activated his sharingan.

Kakashi graduated with Obito and Rin at the age of 6, for your info. They passed the Chuunin exam at 7, and Kakashi became a Jounin at the age of 13.
Yes, Obito was a Chuunin, but he was the same age as Sasuke. I think that Sasuke is already at a Chuunin level of power....
Obito must've been powerful (or kakashi must've dragged him along) in order for him to pass the Chuunin exam at 7.

In reality, when doing organ transplants, blood and DNA are put within your body, and coarsing through your genes and blood. When humans reproduce, they take the parents' GENES, right? So why not when Kakashi gets an heir, that the heir would have some Uchiha blood within him?

I doubt it since there is such a small smount of blood passed on from his eye, he would need to basically have a supply of uchiha blood pumped into him, lets call it type O because his normal blood lets call type B is in greater supply. Like someone else said it is similar to an organ transplant, there is maybe a thimble worth of blood from the sharingan Kakashi got.

But even with such a low amount of blood, it will still pass on to his child, right? There's a possibility, even if a very small one, that Kakashi could pass on the Sharingan. Because if the Uchiha blood is part of his genes, even if it is a little bit, he would still pass it on. Because no matter how small the gene, it is still passed on to the heir.

In truth, the dna is like the blueprint of the body. every individual has a unique dna code in our bodies, and it is universal. which means it will dictate what will our eyes look like, and bones, and our face, etc. and it cannot be altered by ordinary organ transplants. yes, it's true, there is dna in that part, but the universal code of our dna will not alter to conform with the new dna implanted to us. which means whatever his dna code looks like when he was born will be passed on to his children, and not the new dna. the new dna will stay on the part though. that's why kakashi can use the sharingan like the uchiha (not totally, of course).

well, we'll put it this way. for example, your family has no history of diabetes. but one day, you had an accident, and one of your eyes was severely damaged (of course this is only an example). then one guy offered to donate his eye to you. this guy has a history of diabetes. it's in their genes that they are more likely to develop diabetes. do you mean you would suddenly acquire that trait, too, had the operation transpired? and you will pass it on your children? of course not.

I can imagine Kakashi's descendants having some sharingan-like ability on one eye only... yeah, that'd be pretty cool.
