Samurai 7

Anyone ever seen this? It truly is an awesome anime. It's about this peasent village that is being bullied by these bandits. So they send three people to go recruit some Samurai to help fight the bandits. SO long story short, the one samurai they get requires them to find 6 others or he won't help them. And they do...That's about as far as I am now.

kinda reminds me of samurai champloo. Might start watching it, ive heard of it so many times.

Sounds good enough. i'll try watching it maybe if i can or whatever. what is it? action obvs. but anything else? comedy? cause you know i can't stand all action anime all the time. i neeed comedy. at least some.

Yeah, I watched like 16 eps of this like last year. But then it got licensed and the most of the subbers quit on it, and the ones that where left took to long to sub the eps so I ended up dropping it. But yeah, the eps that I did watch were cool, I might start watching it again.

Erm, isn't that pretty much Akira Kurosawa-samas classic movie Seven Samurai in Animé form?

that's what it's supposed to be. It's a very good anime, but nothing like samurai champloo, other than having samurai in it. =P
