It is not yet certain, but i believe that it will. Somehow. Even Itachi might be one to have a kid. He might want to pass his legacy, when he gets older.

i think sakue will have kids and uchiha clan will be split up in 2.one from saskue and one from itachi.

yes i think the clan will come back.... ya know what would be cool. if a girl showed up that was in there clan that was just like forever away but returned on the day the killing happened years and years later. but

Yes, but it will take time. Mabye Sasuke or Itachi is gong to have kids, you know.
And mabye there is some other who survived. Mabye there are some form the Uchiha clan somewhere else. The world is big!
