does anybody have a japanese e-textbook?

I know its coming off as rather beggar of me but I started Pimsluer audio books today and they are great for understanding Japanese not just memorizing the words but how to put sentences together by listening to the conversations

however I'd like to practice writing in hiragana/ katakana so I wanted to ask if anyone has at least a Scanned book for me to practice writing in Japanese

I remember someone has an entire course on the language linked but it seems that it died and was subsequently removed any help I'd be grateful
the stuff online is not exactly comprehensive
