I think that sword was originally from Ishinn and he gave it to Ichigo to regain his shinigami powers but I wonder why Uryu Ishida did not get affected with Tsukishima's powers. Also Kisuke and Ishinn did a secret move while ichigo is training in his fake fullbring powers.
