I don't understand how you can say that this was a bad chapter. The flashback, while not necessarily needed, had purpose- it was to show that although Onoki in the past made excuses such as when he last faced Madara, he won't make the same mistake again. It's a repeating theme in Naruto.

There are two things that I want to say. First I hope Sasuke doesn't decide to turn good after meeting Itachi because I'd have to slap a bitch. Second (which hinges on sasuke staying evil) I hope Itachi lays a smack down on Sasuke's ass to show him how much of a douche he has been. (I still want him evil though so Naruto can do it again later) This fight would be much different than the last because Itachi isn't racked with disease, almost blind, worrying about going completely blind, and isn't holding back to suck nasty orociphile out of sasuke's body. Itachi has proven time and again that he is a bad ass mother fucker, where as Sasuke has proven he's a whiny ass bitch that doesn't work for his power, but expects it given to him on a silver platter.
