well yeah i still allow myself to rest but 3
days/ week is the absolutely bare minimum for
maintaining health, but if you want to go beyond
just health 3 days/week isn't it enough (well
for my opinion). My current plan is Day 1: Legs,
Day 2: Chest and abs, (squeeze in a rest a day)
Day 3: Back, Day 4: Shoulders and obliques,
(squeeze another rest day) Day 5: Bi's and
Tri's this allows 1 whole week to rest.
