haha yea i actually got into it cuz i used to weigh a good 210 lbs, then i dropped 50 lbs and the other day woke up with some abs haha so got into excersising and can wait for a year result xD

lol thx man! yo idk if its too much trouble, but since i lost all that weight i seemed to gotten weaker, just a tad though, coach said it was all that extra weight, u have any good foods i can eat thats great in protein that i can eat everyday even on days i do cardio? would be awesome if u knew i dont wanna get "Bodybulder" big, just lean yet defined, get me? xD

hmm, i see...but dam i know fish is th ebest for u but my body wont let me swallow it...it cant stand the taste :( but heres my daily routine tell me if its fine, i eat breakfast (Special K cereal or egg white omelette) then 2 or 3 hours later a fruit, apple or banana, then another 3 hours and ill eat like a fruit cup or something healthy, i eat peanut butter and jelly with Walnuts in it when i weight train

and every single day i eat chicken with vegetables, on days that i dont weight train i eat like only fruits and veggies, plus the chicken, but on weight training days basically the peanut butter, i eat alot of bananas, and i dont drink Protein powder, im all natural, but i want to get toned, like show some lean definition u know? lmao, so i eat 5-6 times a day every 2-3 hours basically

hmm i get wat ur saying, the jelly i sue isnt that sugar jelly though, i use apple butter which i think is extremely healthy, idk if uve heard of it but its all natural, though i stubbed my toe and i havent been able to run for a while, i been weight training though, protein intake still good or wat homie?
