I think Sasuke already plans to fight against
Madara because he was "happy" to get the
ability to destroy Amaterasu-flames and this is
just useful if you want to fight against someone
who uses the Mangekyu Sharingan.

There are two possibilities from my view:
first Sasuke is combining Narutos rasengan with his Amaterasu-fire
second Sasuke reanimates Itachi who helps his Brother to fight against Madara.
Because Sasuke alone is too weak to fight against Madara (see his fight against Itachi)
I prefere the second point because it would be awesome to watch the two Uchihas fighting against a third Uchiha. (I am a fan of the Uchiha Clan
)
