
Sentai Filmworks made its announcements at anime Central this weekend with what they're looking to bring out this September as well as a reminder of their recent acquisitions made at other conventions. On the new acquisition front, the company announced three titles that will see release this September, so fans won’t have to wait long from announcement to release.
The first title is Cluster Edge, a twenty-five episode series from Sunrise. The series will be released subtitled only but it will include the three OVAs and various extras with it. The show originally aired in late 2005 and into 2006.
The second title that they announced is Intrigue in the Bakumatsu ~ Irohanihoheto, a twenty-six episode series that was released in late 2006 and into 2007. The release details for this have not been finalized yet as to whether it will be a subtitle only release or be a bilingual release.
The third title that they announced was Hakuoki, which will be getting a bilingual DVD release starting in September.
And last but certainly not least, Sentai has picked up this years simulcast series Upotte!! as well. Home video plans to be determined.
