You will be responsible for recruiting for engineering, product, G&A and HR. You will define new ways to identify, engage and hire exceptional candidates across the company structure. You will train, coach and inspire our hiring teams to create an exceptional candidate experience. You will also implement innovative recruiting strategies to help us stand out in a competitive job market as well as be encouraged to engage in projects including Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Employee Referral Programs. Finally, you will be supported by a recruiting coordinator, peers and an amazing HR team.
