We are seeking a talented professional to lead the recruiting function, reporting into the CHRO. You will have a team of 4 talented people, and will build our recruiting strategy and employment brand to attract the best people into the company.. Your role will be a blend of both strategy and operations as you define new ways to identify, engage and hire exceptional candidates across the company, and coach and develop the recruiting team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to help us stand out in a competitive job market. Finally, you will be leading highly visible and impactful projects including Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Employee Referral Programs and other partnerships with internal teams and external organizations.
This role could be located in San Francisco, New York or Huntsville, AL.
