We are seeking a talented professional to lead the recruiting function, reporting into the CHRO. You will have a team of 4 talented people, and will build our recruiting strategy and employment brand to attract the best people into the company.. Your role will be a blend of both strategy and operations as you define new ways to identify, engage and hire exceptional candidates across the company, and coach and develop the recruiting team. You will be responsible for  developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to help us stand out in a competitive job market. Finally, you will be leading highly visible and impactful projects including Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Employee Referral Programs and other partnerships with internal teams and external organizations.

This role could be located in San Francisco, New York or Huntsville, AL.

You are...

  • An experienced recruiting manager, having both lead teams and done recruiting work. (3+ yrs managing teams).
  • Have designed and optimized recruiting processes in a high growth, scaling organization, preferably in the technology or media and entertainment industry.
  • An owner of a phenomenal candidate experience
  • Innovative with recruiting channels and improving existing processes
  • Familiar with global recruiting operations and compliance requirements.
  • Able to make tough prioritization decisions while focused on delivering results. 
  • A champion of diverse hiring and creating inclusive environments.
  • Data and metrics driven - able to demonstrate the impact of your work.
  • Able to develop and deliver training to hiring managers to improve our hiring processes.
  • A social media and branding phenom! Experienced in multi channel recruiting technologies.
  • Experienced in influencing senior business leaders
  • History of partnering with external vendors to raise the bar on integrating technologies and tools to hire and onboard great talent.
  • Team player, with a history of raising your hand when the need arises.
  • (Plus) Passionate fan of movies, TV, gaming or entertainment
