Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for an engineer that has experience up and down the stack to work to bridge the gap between both our Frontend and Backend technology teams. This is a dynamic Senior-level position involving a need to develop creative problem-solving approaches and a desire to help us leap forward into new and exciting use-cases for the Fandom users.

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience with Java and database management systems
  • 5+ years of experience with the full web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
  • A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)
  • A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
  • Professional experience with ReactJS or another modern JavaScript web framework (Vue, Angular, Ember, etc)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI
  • Scripting experience (python or node.js)
  • K8S familiarity or experience
  • Experience working with PHP
