About your role:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator will focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience and keeping our hiring process smooth to ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way.

You Will...

  • be participating in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • create job descriptions and post job opportunities to online job boards
  • scheduling phone and onsite interviews.
  • learn how to give candidates a comprehensive view of our culture and work environment, and screen candidates over the phone
  • have an opportunity to learn how to turn passive candidates into active ones
  • learn how you can use data to be even more successful in your job
  • discover and help develop new tools, methods and approaches to the delivery of the most qualified candidates
  • be creating structured interviews and you will learn what to look for in the candidates’ answers
  • learn how to turn all applicants into our allies by focusing on the best candidate experience
  • maintain all applicant information in our system of record, ensuring compliance issues are met with regards to the recruitment process.
  • support referral process, internship programs, and employer branding activities. 
  • find a space here to experiment, to question the status quo and to have a lot of independence in implementing new ideas

  • manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.
  • develop multi-channel candidate pipeline through employee referrals, sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques), meetups and events.
  • provide other administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

You Have...

  • 1+ year of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Coordinator, Employer Branding, Marketing or equivalent role.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, screening and interviewing methods.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Extreme attention to detail and a high level of organizational aptitude.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular).
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite products is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases. Experience with GreenhouseRecruiting is desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
