James Bond and the Aston Martin have enjoyed a beautiful relationship that has lasted for 11 films and more than 50 years of movie history.The Aston Martin DB5 first appeared in third Bond film Goldfinger  and quickly became as important to 007 as guns and girls.Coloured in distinctive silver birch, special effects wizard John Stears added a vast array of gadgets to the car, including machine guns and an ejector seat.The partnership pushed sales of the DB5 through the roof, with the Corgi model of the car going on to become the most popular toy of 1964.An enhanced version of the car appeared in Thunderball a year later, with a jet-pack and water canon added to the equation.Since then Aston Martins have made regular appearances in Bond films, with Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig all debuting in models. Indeed Craigs Casino Royale was the first film to feature two versions  the DB5 and the DBS.The car has also appeared in multiple 007 games, where additional gadgets have included lasers, rockets, and surface-to-air missiles.The iconic partnership has not only seen the Aston Martin become the most popular of all the Bond cars, but also made the brand synonymous with luxury, sophistication and cool.And you can play at being Bond in Forza Motorsport 7, out now on Xbox One, with the 1964 DB5 fully playable, and liable to leave you both shaken and stirred.

The Fast and Furious franchise features cars that are just as popular as the characters, with favourites including the Toyota Supra from the first Fast and Furious flick, and the Nissan Skyline that features in 2 Fast 2 Furious.But amongst the muscle cars, pimped out drives, and souped up engines, two automobiles stand head and shoulders above the rest  Dominic Torettos 1970 Dodge Charger and Brian OConners 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse.The Dodge was built by Toretto and his father back in the day, but banished to the family garage after Doms father was killed driving it in a stock race.You cant keep a good Dodge down however, and Toretto junior ends up using the car to save his best bud Brian in The Fast and the Furious. Its pretty much destroyed at the end of that film, but Letty rebuilds it for 2009s Fast & Furious, and versions of the car appear in Fast Five, Fast and Furious 6 and Furious 7.Along the way the Dodge races through the streets of Rio, becomes embroiled in a game of chicken, is hit by both an armoured car and a prison bus, gets blown up multiple times, and is launched off the top of a car park and out the back of a plane.As for the Eclipse, Brians lean, mean, speed machine is driven around the parking lot at Dodger Stadium early in the first film, though spins out of control.Its then used in a street race that pits OConner against Toretto, but overuse of the Nitrous Oxide System means that the car very nearly falls apart. And due to that nitrous oxide, the car eventually explodes after villain Johnny Tran shoots it up. But not before the Eclipse is used to evade the police and rescue Dominic.Thanks to its lime-green exterior, the Mitsubishi may be the most memorable of all the Fast and Furious cars. But if were picking favourites, the Dodge is the best, being the toughest, coolest and most dependable of all the Fast and Furious rides, and the one car that has gone the distance.And if you want to get your hands on either car, theres a 69 Charger available in Forza Motorsport 7, out now on Xbox One, as well as a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX and a whole set of cars pulled direct from the Fate of the Furious movie, including the crazy doorless 1951 Chevy Fleetline Special.

The former assassin loves both, and the first film finds Wick having to cut his retirement short when said canine is killed and his beloved 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is stolen.John embarks on a mission to eliminate everyone involved with the robbery, and pretty much succeeds. Though he doesnt manage to retrieve the car. That moment is saved for the start of John Wick: Chapter 2, with the man they call Baba Yega tracking the Mustang down to a chop shop.John takes the Ford back, and uses it to take out many more people via a form of action thats come to be known as car fu, and basically involves John utilising his superlative driving skills to treat the car like a weapon.Thats no stuntman doing the driving either, with star Keanu Reeves doing weeks of intense training to bring those amazing action sequences to life onscreen.And what a machine hes driving. The Mach 1 was first introduced in 1968, and has been considered a classic muscle car ever since. And thats not just on the streets, with the Ford also featuring in 1970s action features like Diamonds are Forever and Gone in 60 Seconds.But the John Wick flicks have helped the car become a legend. And thanks to Forza Motorsport 7, now available on Xbox One, you too can drive an iteration, with the 69 Mustang Boss being playable now you can maybe replicate some of Keanus insane stunt work.
