Heart Forth, Alicia tells an epic story of magic and might, wherein the last two wizards in a longrunning bloodline have their destiny thrust upon them just as they’re set to come of age. A gripping narrative is paired with gameplay inspired by the classics of yesteryear, producing an experience that’s sure to grab any player from start to finish. Gamepedia and the game’s developer, Alonso Martin, are pleased to announce the Official Heart Forth, Alicia Wiki.
As Hearth Forth, Alicia gets underway, its main characters Alicia and Höstra are preparing for their coming-of-age ceremony in the wizard village of Brenia. However, as the two best friends are set to undergo the Trial, one of the fabled spirits returns and wreaks havoc on the event.
Alicia and her friend flee to safety, but before they are able to get away, the Spirit takes control of Höstra. Under its mystical command, Höstra flings Alicia into the darkness below the floating island of Auster that Brenia is situated upon. With Alicia’s fate unknown, Höstra returns to the village and sets about destroying it and its inhabitants.
What follows is a Metroidvania-inspired adventure that will test all areas of the player’s abilities. Between mind-bending puzzles, an engaging fast-paced combat system and some perilous platforming sections, only a true all-rounder will be able to survive Alicia’s demanding journey and secure the future of her wizard tribe.
Heart Forth, Alicia was successfully crowdfunded on Kickstarter in 2014, and its creator Alonso Martin has been working on the project full-time since then. He’s been joined by top industry talent including composer Manami Matsumae (Mega Man, Shovel Knight) and veteran pixel artist Henk Nieborg (Mighty Switch Force, Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse).

Heart Forth, Alicia is scheduled to release in 2016, for PC, PlayStation 4, PS Vita and the Nintendo Wii U.
