A universe filled with inside-out planets is on the verge of death, and if no one collects the memories of this world, the ancient relics of the Inverse will be forgotten forever. You’re the Cartographer, flying through inverted planets in search of messages from the civilizations that once ruled the universe, in the beauteous InnerSpace.

Kickstarted in 2014, InnerSpace is the first full release from PolyKnight Games, and it’s all about discovering lost history inside ancient skies the likes of which you haven’t seen before. The game’s thoughtful exploration takes inspiration from the likes of Proteus and Journey, letting you take flight in pastel worlds alongside the demigods which cling to the power they still have left.

On top of the relics of extinct civilizations, you’ll also find lost technologies which you can use to build new airframes, giving your plane unique new abilities in the skies or deep below the forgotten oceans. Those new tools will help you explore further and deeper inside the inverted worlds of the Inverse.

Here’s what InnerSpace looks like in action:

InnerSpace, with all its beautiful worlds and lost history, is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. For more details on the secrets of the Inverse, check out the InnerSpace Wiki.
