Ever wanted to throw one gun on top of another gun and start blasting through everything that moves? That’s exactly what you get to do in Mothergunship, where you can craft the gun of your dreams and take it on a shooting spree as you take down all the baddies in sight.
This first-person shooter roguelike from Grip Digital and Terrible Posture Games lets you equip both left and right arms with whatever weapons you’d like after you make runs through enemy ships. The items available to you change with each mission, but you’ll find plenty of modifiers throughout each area to keep you busy. You can collect barrels, caps, and connectors to attach different guns and other firearms of all shapes and sizes, with caps that help you increase damage or even change the way your bullets travel.
The real fun lies not in demolishing the aliens that dare stand in your way, but crafting some of the craziest guns you’ve ever seen and making them work for you. There are also plenty of enormous bosses to fight, goodies to collect, and chances to take things to the next level…if you can survive long enough, that is.
