Earthlock: Festival of Magic is a beautiful new game from Norway’s Snowcastle Games, which will be available on a large variety of platforms, was Greenlit on Steam a few months ago, and is in the middle of a Kickstarter campaign. We’re excited that the Official Earthlock Wiki is here at Gamepedia, where you can learn all about this turn based RPG. Earthlock takes place on the planet Umbra, a planet that stopped spinning thousands of years ago, but is alive with both machines and magic. A magical cult is on the uprise, threatening war. Work your way through the game’s compelling story and do what you can to keep this cult out of power!

For anyone interested in giving Earthlock a try, an early demo is available for Mac, Windows and Linux on their Kickstarter page! This is an early development demo and Snowcastle Games is working on a new one for the community to explore. You’ll be able to get a taste of Umbra, a world split between the two factions of magic practitioners and mechanical tinkerers. Earthlock, in addition to its non-linear story, has a lush world to explore, puzzles to find and overcome, and ammo that can be harvested and organically crafted! All the while, you continuously discover pieces to Umbra’s mysterious past, work on building up your home base of Plumpet Island, and create powerful pairs within the innovative combat system. Learning about the combat system alone is enough to want to play Earthlock, so be sure to check out their Kickstarter page and see what reward tiers are for you!

Digital copies of Earthlock start at a $20 pledge to Kickstarter and Snowcastle also has add-on rewards for those who prefer to precisely customize their backing support. If a more hands-on approach is your preferred method of supporting Earthlock, the official wiki always has room for more contributors! If you are interested in lending a hand through contributing, have a look at the Help Wiki for ideas on how you can get started.
