Lifeless Planet has become one of the most talked about indie games of the first half of 2014, and now we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the game’s developers, Stage 2 Studios, to launch the Official Lifeless Planet Wiki! Now available on both PC and Xbox One, Lifeless Planet combines platforming with mind-bending puzzles while also leading you across a world that was supposed to be devoid of life.
You are an astronaut (congratulations!) who has crash landed on a strange barren wasteland (…oh). As you hunt for your crew, you come across a perplexing discovery: an old, abandoned settlement flying the flag of the old Soviet Union. Not long after you meet a strange woman who can somehow survive the deadly habitat. As she makes her way across the planet, you follow – avoiding deadly threats, solving challenging puzzles and unravelling the mystery of why humans are on world that everyone believed lifeless.
One of the many innovative games made possible by a successful Kickstarter, Lifeless Planet has been praised for being a “breath of fresh air” in the genre. Its multi-mission structure and lengthy, deep story lend itself to a lot of details that you may not have picked up on.
