Every year, gamers crom across the globe converge on beautiful Cologne, Germany for gamescom, Europe’s largest video game convention. With 300,000+ attending each year, gamesom brings out every big name in video games, and this year My.com will be in attendance for the European unveiling of three upcoming MMORPGs: Armored Warfade, Skyforge, and World of Speed! We’ve talked a bit about some of these games in the past, but this will be the first time that the three will be showcased to members of the press.

So where will you be able to find these games? And what can you expect from My.com at gamescom? Well, keep reading to find out!

Located at booth A-020 of Hall 4.1, My.com will have all three games playable at their booth, and throughout the weekend will be showcasing each of their games as they announce new content and features. You’ll be hearing much more about each of these games during the show, but we want to whet your appetite a bit by giving you a bit of a heads up as to what to expect!

  • Armored Warfare: The brilliant minds at Obsidian Entertainment will be at the My.com booth to showcase two new features for their upcoming massively multiplayer online tactical modern military title. The first is their extensive Progression Tree, which shows you the detail and level of customization that you have in determining your path and play style. The second announcement you can expect is more information on “Arms Dealers,” a new feature in the game.

Members of the press will also have the chance to preview a brand-new PvE mission that will show off not only a new map, but a new selection of tanks that will be coming soon to the closed beta.

  • Skyforge: Speaking of Obsidian Entertainment, they’ll also be there with The Allods Team to go into detail about a cavalcade of new content. This includes new never-before-seen locations, spotlights detailing two new classes in the game, and gods.

    Yes, we said gods.

How does the power of the gods play into Skyforge, and how will it impact players? Well you’re just going to have to wait for gamescom to learn more.

  • World of Speed: Slightly Mad Studios will be in attendance to show off their massively multiplayer online action-racing title, which fuses AAA quality gameplay and HD resolution visuals with real world cars, real world circuits, and tracks carved from real world cities. Among their announcements, Slightly Mad Studios will be on hand to show off a collection of new cars coming to the game, as well as an all-new track. The developers will also be talking about the new “Team Mode,” as well as their team-based objective system.

With gamescom fast approaching, we’ll be learning even more about Armored Warfare, Skyforge, and World of Speed. If you can’t want to wait until then (and we don’t blame you if you can’t), you can also sign up for their Closed Betas by visiting their websites. Of course we’ll also be keeping you updated about these games during the lead-up to gamescom, during the show, and even after the event is over.
