The Gamepedia team is proud to announce the launch of its new design for Gamepedia.com! This new look features better navigation, an updated logo, and many other improvements! We’re also happy to present you with the soft launch of the Gamepedia.com forums. Feel free to stop in and join the discussion and give us your feedback on our hot new look.
The first thing you may notice about the new Gamepedia.com is its much brighter look and focus on images. We’ve updated our site to include a navigation bar so that you can quickly and easily find anything you’re looking for including the forums and our booming YouTube channel. We’ve also made some improvements to the search function so that its quicker and easier to find your favorite gaming wikis. Try searching for your favorite developers, studios, or consoles to find wikis associated with them!
We’ve also changed up the way we feature the best Gamepedia has to offer by highlighting our top projects with larger images. We’ve also moved the Suggest A Wiki button front and center, as well as adding a new link for developers to our WikiConnect program. Look for more information about WikiConnect in a “hot” new video this afternoon (and boy do we mean that literally!)
The last major change will give you, the reader, new options for how to read the content posted on Gamepedia.com. Along with exciting new featured images, you can also now use the buttons in the upper-right to sort our content to find exactly what you’re looking for if you’re more interested in reading blog posts or about all of our contests!
So, head on over to Gamepedia.com to check out the new look and then come visit us in the forums to let us know what you think!
