It’s that time once again, ladies and gentlemen, to run down the very best from the official Gamepedia YouTube channel! Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances involving a six-pack of domestic beer and an ocelot, it’s been a pretty light week on the video front. However we did spend some quality time with both ArcheAge and Life is Feudal, and we have something special… very, very special…

ArcheAge is, at its core, a life simulator – you pay your taxes, you serve jury duty, you hunt and forage and eat and work a job… that’s just how it is. One of the major components to the game is housing. In this video, we highlight just about everything you will ever need to know about housing in the game.

“But Gamepedia video guys, there is no more land to build houses on!” Yeah, we know. But land will become available as the game is updated, so these tips will come in handy when land becomes available and you find yourself already knowing what you need to do.

Keeping with the theme of building things, we take it to the literal extreme with our look at construction in Life is Feudal. If you don’t know about Life is Feudal yet, the best way to describe it is as Minecraft taken to its realistic extreme. It’s a game of survival where everything in the world is yours to use to build shelter, craft weapons, and generally anything else to keep you alive.

In the video we outline terraforming, skills, and all of the other essential skills you’ll need to pave roads, build fences, and found your own estate on whatever chunk of land you decide to settle on.

Okay – we didn’t spend all of our time building things. We also spent some quality time with Hearthstone. This time we tell you everything you need to know about the Shaman, Thrall.

Shaman decks offer the player a lot of utility in a duel, with a healthy number of offensive and defensive cards. The Shaman hero power summons one of four different totems, each one designed almost exclusively to drive your opponent absolutely insane through frustration. Gauging by my own experience with the game… it works.

Finally… here’s Pokemon Master Ash Ketchum riding his bicycle.

The music comes from the awesome people over at GameChops, who partnered with Grimecraft to create what is, in actuality, a pretty sick song. The video is an original creation from us, and we hope you liked it! Or, at the very least, we hope it left you completely perplexed.

We’ll take that, too.

See you next week!
